Morning Green Goddess Smoothie- 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 celery sticks, 1/3 cucumber, 1/2 an avocado, 1 scoop of Huel vanilla protein powder. (use an apple if not using sweetened protein power)

Add 1 beetroot, 1 heaped teaspoon of spirulina, and 3cm of ginger to make this a powerhouse.

Super Green Juice - 2 handfuls of spinach, 4 celery sticks, 5cm broccoli stem, 2/3 cucumber, handful of pee’s, 1/2 lime (rind on).

Breath of Fresh Air - Juice (taken from Super Juice me)

2 carrots , 1 beetroot, handful of mint, 3cm Ginger.

Pure Raw Energy- actually red ( taken from Super Juice Me) I make double the recipe.

1/4 pineapple (peeled), 2 celery sticks, 1 carrot, 1 beetroot , 1/4 Lemon (rind on)- Juiced

Add juice to be blender with 1/2 banana, 1/2 avocado, 1 heaped teaspoon Hemp Protein Powder, 3 Ice cubes.

Protein Rich Powerhouse (taken from Super Juice Me)

1 large handful spinach, 1/4 pineapple (peeled), 1/4 cucumber, 1 lime (peeled), 3cm broccoli stem, 6 pods of fresh peas - Juiced

Add Juice to blender with 1/2 avocado, 1 heaped teaspoon of Hemp protein powder, 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds, 3 ice cubes.
